While this article does not solely focus on Miami, I thought it is an article that deserves some recognition. It's about how US colleges are trying to attract Latino students be putting their application and financial aid pages in spanish. At the University of Florida, which has a "60 percent Hispanic enrollment", they lack the resources to add a Spanish page option. In conclusion of the article, they said that mostly the Spanish option pages were for the parents of Latino students.
